I am a woman of faith who has spent the last 10 years of my life finding where the good lord wanted me to land. I have years of experience as a health care provider. I am also a professional bikini body builder. I opened MYFITNP in 2023 in hopes to inspire others on their fitness journey. Turns out I loved it so much I decided to pour my heart and soul into fully coaching. Watching people transform in the realm of health and fitness has truly moved me. Frankly, I am addicted to helping people. I want to be part of the pro-active form of health care.  I want to spread the good word of how a healthy mind and body has changed my life. It starts with good nutrition, stacked with good habits which in turn allow you to have enough energy to become active. I offer 1:1 online coaching for both lifestyle/transformation and competitive bikini clients.
